Excelente mĂ©dico y una gran persona Lisandra ValdesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is my first time ever leaving a review on any establishment but I felt like something needed to be shared with my experience here. I was looking forward to finally getting diagnosed with pcos to start a treatment for it since I’ve been struggling with the symptoms for quite sometime. I had read the reviews to this place and was hopeful because of everyone’s experience. The nurse that attended me with the ultrasound (after having to set it up as a separate appointment) was sweet and attentive. When I was done with the ultrasound and headed to the front desk to know what the next move was, they just looked at me like I was crazy and told me my ultrasound results would take 3 months, and that I can just leave and they’ll contact me. I thought that was super weird and the two times I called between that time to check on the results they again acted like I was crazy to ask for an ultrasound result so soon. I finally receive the results after about 3.5 months (kinda felt like they just forgot) and the lady on the phone tells me I have multiple cysts on both ovaries but there’s absolutely nothing to worry about. Flash forward today at a new gyno on my first day as a new patient, I left the clinic with not only an ultrasound but my blood work was done, and I was already prescribed medication to treat the pcos that I was finally diagnosed with. I just wanted to share my experience because I was hopeful when I read the rest of these review. But it makes me worry for any future patient that gets neglected for unknown reasons. Sorry 🤷🏻‍♀️ Edit* Your response can only mean 2 things 1. The nurse that conducted the sonogram lied when she told me that she is clearly seeing multiple cysts in both my ovaries which is a clear sign of poly (that means multiple) cystic (the things that your team saw inside my ovaries) ovarian (where my cysts are located that your team pointed out) syndrome. Or 2. Y’all are just ok with neglecting your patients.
